FREE Introductory Lesson!
Our Goal is that YOU have the Best Experience Possible!

With every sale or rental, we offer our free introductory lesson. We believe that if you use the equipment properly, you’ll have a much better time. We also believe that a little instruction will ensure your safety and success, especially if this is your first kayaking adventure.

We are especially fond of beginners (and kids and dogs). We find it extremely rewarding to help people overcome their fear.

Our kayak fleet is well maintained and of highest quality. We have Perception and Emotion Kayaks. We also offer Eddyline Kayaks, the ultimate paddling experience for the seasoned, sophisticated kayaker.

We personally fit you into Stohlquist life-jackets with lots of pockets — so comfortable you’ll forget you’re wearing one. For your safety, we provide a whistle with a compass and our phone-number. We loan you a water-proof chart and a dry bag for your phone or camera. We provide sunscreen and cold water if you forget yours.

We instruct you on how to get into your kayak. We hold the boat steady for you. Then we hand you your light-weight Bending Branches paddle with fiber glass shaft. We are on the dock to assist you when you return.

Last, but not least, in Florida, we pay the sales tax for you. We keep it simple because we’re not good at math. Fortunately, Montana, has no sales tax.
